Diego has received numerous awards throughout his career. At the Sweet and Shake Cup competition, he won first prize with his drink called “Dolci Pensieri” . This alcoholic creation, inspired by the classic tiramisu, became an instant success. A real “eat and drink” that involves the customer in its composition.
Furthermore, Diego excelled at the Baritalia 2023 international competition with his drink called "Colibrì" , created using pineapple and wildflower honey from the Abruzzo Lazio and Molise National Park , based on Gamondi products.
