Yoichi's Bar Manager
Between 2022 and 2023, Diego served as Bar Manager at the renowned fusion restaurant Yoichi in the historic center of L'Aquila. There, he continued to amaze guests with innovative, custom-crafted cocktails, cementing his reputation in the world of mixology.

Diego has received numerous awards, including first place in the Sweet and Shake Cup competition with his tiramisu-inspired drink "Dolci Pensieri." He also won over audiences at the 2023 Baritalia international competition with "Colibrì," a fresh and vibrant cocktail made with pineapple and wildflower honey from the Abruzzo, Lazio, and Molise National Park.
