Who is Diego Di Giannantonio?
Born in Tagliacozzo in 1991, Diego Di Giannantonio is one of the most interesting young faces in Italian mixology.
Trained in the best schools in the sector
and winner of several national competitions, Diego combines creativity, precision and narrative sensitivity.
In 2024 he realized his dream by opening Old Tom , a cocktail bar and tea room in his hometown, where every drink becomes an experience and a story.
For him, the collaboration with Amaro Santa Croce represents an opportunity to enhance the local roots, reinterpreting them with a modern and refined language.
